Policies

Cancelation  

To request an order cancelation, contact must be made within 24 hours of  purchase to be approved and refunded. Start the process here. 

Shipping:  

Processing times vary depending on the order type. Read-to-ship items have a  3-7 day processing time. Pre-sale/made-to-order/custom-made items have a  processing time of up to 3 weeks unless otherwise stated. If your order includes  a mixture of the two, please defer to the pre-sale/made-to-order/custom-made  processing time of up to 3 weeks.  

Orders over $75 ship for free (code automatically applied at checkout.) 

We proudly use the USPS to ship all of our packages after they have completed  processing. SDJ is no longer responsible for packages once they have been  dropped off at the post. Make sure to double check your shipping address at  checkout to ensure it is correct as we are not liable for undelivered packages  due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Once the package is in the hands  of USPS we have no control over your package such as scan times, shipping 

times, lost packages, stolen packages, delivery issues, etc. Refunds or  replacements will not be issued should any of these issues arise.  

Returns & exchanges:  

We happily accept returns and exchanges of items in their original condition and  packaging with customers responsible for the cost of postage. To be eligible for  a return or exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and ship  items back within 7 days after approval. Refunds (shipping costs not included)  are issued only when items have been received by SDJ and are subject to the  condition of items returned. If items are not returned in their original condition,  the customer is responsible for any loss in value. Due to their unique nature, we  cannot guarantee the return or exchange of pre-sale, made-to-order, one-of-a  kind, and custom-made items.  

Repairs, damages, and losses  

We get it, damages happen and we want to keep as much as possible out of our  landfills, which is why we’re more than happy to offer free or low cost jewelry  repair. Contact us to get a repair started. Please bear in mind that not all  damaged jewelry is repairable and the condition in which the jewelry is in will  dictate its eligibility for repair. If your piece is deemed unrepairable, purchasing  replacements for up to 50% off the retail price may be made available on a case  by case basis. If deemed a quality control issue, replacements free of charge  may be made available. 

In the very rare case that an item is damaged during shipping please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.  

If you lose a singular earring please contact us about purchasing a replacement  earring. Please bear in mind that pre-sale, made-to-order, one-of-a kind, and  custom-made items may not be eligible for replacement.
